FluoroPel 2000VFluoroPel 2000V is a one percent fluoropolymer solution in a high boiling point fluorosolvent (BP=200C). This version of FluoroPel is used for electrowetting. Dry films have surface energy of about 15 dynes cm. Heating to 180 200C for 30 minutes optimizes adhesion and reduces the surface energy to about 10 dynes cm. 2000V is recommended for spin, spray or blot applications.
