90’s Two Piece Silk Ruffled Top and Skirt Set by Louis FeraudStriking two piece dressing from French designer, Louis Feraud, features a long sleeved blouse with waterfall ruffles down the front paired with a straight skirt that has just a bit of a tulip flair at the very bottom. The black areas of the fabric are a semi sheer chiffon, and the autumn colored rectangles are opaque charmeuse. The blouse is unlined, buttons in front and at the wrists. The pencil skirt is made in strips of fabric that are connected
Very good condition with some scuffs around heels and wear to ribbons but leather is still supple
