I have seen it often over the years and in a lot of Fashion Archive exhibits. In true 1980s fashion, there is ruching, rosettes, metallic flowers, ball gown skirt, etc. Bodice is fitted with a wide hot pink ruched band that circles the waist and drops down the hip. Strapless with a side zipper.
