Blue and White Lace Peasant Tissue Hem DressBlue lace ethnic peasant dress with white lace trim. The. top of the dress has an elastized neckline with a 10' lace ruffle and can be worn off the shoulder. The skirt is a sheer lace layer with embroidered flowers over a solid blue underskirt. The hem is shaped into 4 triangular points. The waist is also elastic and stretches from 26" to 40" . Other measurements: 38" bust, 55" shoulder to bottom of hem.

Dress has significant fading down the left side of the dress but this piece would be great for a project piece or dyeing

This label was used in the 80s until 1994 and the dress has a late 80s

and the buttons are really nice
