90s Blue Floral Short Sleeve Midi Dress by Jams WorldMade in Hawaii 90's sundress from Jams World. The fabric is a crinkle rayon in light sky blue with blue, purple, orange and white lupine flowers (an inside tag identifies this as the lupine print). Cool and serene color palate, you can feel ocean breezes just looking at it! Bodice has a scoop neckline and short sleeves. Dress is fitted over the bust to empire waist level, then opens out with pleats for comfort. There are double ties in back to cinch
