The rod is in excellent+ condition having been fished very little. Built on a dark green sanded blank with jet black wraps and bright emerald green tipping. The original owner's name is printed on the butt along with the rod information. Blued guides. White witness dots for easy set up. The sleeve ferrules fit together nice and tightly as they should. U

The reel seat hardware bears the “Payne” trademark stamp

Someone has also placed a light varnish overcoat on the wraps of the first guide up on the second tip
