Antique Sterling Silver Thimble Charles Horner No 8 Chester EnglandThis is an original antique vintage sterling silver Charles Horner No. 8 thimble. It is hallmarked CH Chester Silver with a date mark. I am not sure what letter the date mark is though as it is worn. It has a couple of holes on the top. I am not sure if these were originally there or have worn due to use. Otherwise, it is in good condition and would be a nice addition to a collection.
They measure 6 inches in height and 2 1/2 inches in diameter
They measure 4 1/2 inches in length and are signed NS EPNS
It would also look great framed
It has been repaired as photographed
It is clear with beautiful etched flowers on all sides
It measures 2 inches in width by 2 3/4 inches in height
Other than that
2 1/2 inches in height and 1 1/4 inches in depth
The straw has been hand dyed purple and pink and yellow in the middle as shown in the last photo
This carving measures 5 cm in height and 3
it measures 3 1/4 inches in height and 3 3/4 inches in width
It is paper mache and has been beautifully hand painted with a landscape painting in the center and gold leaf designs around the edges
