For sale here is an impregnated Orvis "Wes Jordan" -- 8' 2/2 bamboo rod marked 4 3/8 oz
Young and delivered in March 1958
The reel was actually priced separately in the 1978 catalog as the "Limited Edition Charles F
The reel is in excellent used condition though it does show light wear from honest fishing
This rod could not have been fished much -- a few of the spots where varnish collected in the guides has not worn off
Steve Blake touched up some dry wraps
The blued nickel silver ferrules are size 12/64 with an excellent fit
Original smooth brass reel foot has not been filed
