Antique Glasses Pencil or Jewelry Case Victorian Original Paper Mache Metal and Mother of Pearl Paua Shell Inlay Velvet Lined Late 1800'sThis is a gorgeous original antique Victorian paper mache and mother of pearl or Paua hard case box from the late 1800's. It has a metal push button opening and is lined inside with dark blue velvet. It measures 17cm in length, 4cm in width and 1. 5cm in height. It can be used for antique eyeglasses spectacles, jewelry, trinkets, pens, etc. It is in very good condition for it's age.
It is a little darker than it shows in the photos
It has a ribbed bottom and measures 3 inches in diameter and 3 1/4 inches in height
It is extremely heavy for its size and is very well made
It is ceramic pottery and has two nursery rhymes on the side

This is a lovely original antique Victorian Scottish pottery brown stoneware crock storage jar / vase
One is slotted and the other one is solid
It has the initials VC etched into the top
It is made of metal and painted pink
It is signed on the bottom but I am not able to make out the makers name which is stamped into the metal
