each bringing distinct aromas and structure

02/2023 A hint of flint and gunpowder with waxed lemon

It was produced with grapes from up to 45 different plots in nine villages

I would have been very tempted to spend even longer with these wines

one which I think will resolve itself positively

The 2023s are supple and upfront

then raised in 300L new (~10% or less) and used French oak barrels for 12 months
