Per Brandin Model 834-2 DF 8'3" 2/2 #4For sale here is a Per Brandin hollow built six strip (hex) bamboo rod. 8'3 for a 4 weight line. Rod weighs 3. 2 oz. Two sections with two tips. Made in 1999. From Per's description of this taper, "At 8'3" and a #4 line, this rod fills the need for a longer rod for spring creeks and smaller flies, but still with a very positive action. It has become the rod of choice for me and several other very experienced anglers on rivers such as the Henry's Fork
The rod features mildly tempered cane with 3 x 3 node spacing
