Lot 031 - Pair of Vintage Southwestern Sterling Silver Belt Buckles Including Turquoise-Set Petal Form and Stamped Oval Concho, Total Weight 69.00 gPair of vintage Southwestern sterling silver belt buckles. One is a petal form buckle with a central turquoise cabochon and a soldered bar and hook on the reverse. The other is an oval concho style buckle with a scalloped edge, hand stamped decoration around the border, a domed center, and a tongue and slot closure. Both buckles show tarnish, surface scratching, and patina consistent with age and use. The concho buckle has copper colored oxidation
and has a sword on his belt
The hall closed in 1900 and was converted into a vaudeville theater named the Orpheum Theatre
