This reel is a late prototype of the limited edition of just 250 reels to commemorate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and 140 years of Hardy Bros
The reel is all black with a gold anodized drag knob
The reel is in near mint condition though there is a small area of wear the end of the reel foot
This one is an early model denoted by its mylar under wraps
The reel features a rarely seen black engraving on the drag knob as opposed to the usual white
The winding check and ferrules are wrapped in a dark cinnamon with chestnut and honey tipping
Cork fighting butt 2 1/2" in length
