It's also easy to care for, requiring only consistent watering and moderate levels of indirect light. Top tip: if the smaller stems flop outwards too much you can simply snap them off and your plant will be encouraged to take a nice vertical form.

A type of 'prayer plant' so will raise and lower it leaves in synchronicity with the sun

It enjoys full light and moist soil but if looked after well can reward you with striking orange and indigo flowers in spring and winter
