Lot 140 - Antique Chinese Portable Opium Scale in Folding Wooden Case with Bone Beam and Brass Pan, Labeled Lin Baocheng Lijin, 10" LAntique Chinese portable opium scale housed in a hinged folding wooden case. The scale features a bone beam with a brass weighing pan set into a recessed well at one end, with colored thread suspension lines. A paper label on the cover is printed with Chinese characters reading "Lin Baocheng Lijin," a maker or shop name, with a small red seal mark below. A second smaller label with additional characters is affixed to the body near the pan well.

The monogrammed pieces include one engraved "PR" and another engraved "KV" that opens to reveal additional engraving dated 1880 with makers marks
