Description
U-series InkCytoInk U series are tinted or colored screenprinting inks. U series inks are based on CytoAcryl, a oligomer with exceptional hardness, chemical resistance, hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. Thin films cure in less than 3 seconds under UV light, have water contact angles of approximately 100, mineral oil contact angles of approximately 80 and have great solvent resistance. These thixotropic inks are currently used in manufacturing hydrophobic

FluoroPel 500 4% is similar to Novec 1904
FluoroPel 2000V is a one percent fluoropolymer solution in a high boiling point fluorosolvent (BP=200°C)
The Basecoat should be inspected for hardness and adhesion (with an HB-pencil 500 grams) and uniform distribution of 100 µm particles before application of the Topcoat
MicroCure can be applied by wiping
The ink may be thinned with acetone and butyl-acetate
CytoPel 500 family coatings are good replacements for Novec 1700 series and Novec 1900 series electronic grade coatings
Application directions: Add UV tracer to FluoroPel at 1% weight for weight
- Novec 2202 is equivalent to CytoSyl 3750 0
