There are a number of stories about how that morphed into a beer name (no doubt one of them is true we just dont know which one). Suffice it to say that the beer is a mix of beer and carbonated lemonade, making it light and ridiculously refreshing. It was our desire to add a twist of flavour and aroma to that concoction, and after some trial and error, settled on lavender. While the lavender is

Raspberry puree and saison yeast make for a refreshing fruit forward beer with hints of lemon and coriander

Aged in 100% Oloroso sherry casks

10% Cab Franc

and produce solely in small batch

Farmed organically

Hyssop and Coriander

Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months

and walnuts with undertones of cedar

fruity aroma and a smooth great taste at a higher ABV of 6
