I felt the final panel needed something more

In this case it was a Chinese Xuan Paper

This A4 print is on Mulberry paper and has been mounted using the authentic Japanese wet mounting technique which uses a simple flour and water paste and requires a period of around 24 hours to dry and stretch

Rather than documenting a catch

My first step is to flatten the print using a technique called Urauchi

So I take a second sheet of paper and using a very ancient technique called wet mounting or urauchi
