Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt - Release 36Blending Notes from the distillery; We were looking for something light to showcase Sherry flavours, especially with this being the first time weve used Moscatel Sherry instead of PX, without needing to turn the whisky into a sherry bomb. The Blend is a little younger than most of our recent releases (and at 7 8 years that says a lot about our other releases) because more mature releases tended to overwhelm the sherry a bit. The Blend is about 50%

Tremendously fresh

23% Merlot & 1% Cabernet Franc

The wine is an opaque purple-black in colour

our Boulder Bourbon is transferred into ex-Sherry casks for finishing

distilled in 1982 at Inchgower and bottled at 37 years of age for the Old & Rare series

Nose : Guava and honey covered apricots

the grapes derive from plants without grafting and propagated by cuttings

Starting off with soft sweetness and a velvety feel on the tongue
